A resident of Orange County for more than 40 years, Baron Night attended elementary school, junior high school, high school and junior college in Orange County before earning his Master's degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.

Baron first started singing in his school choir at age 8 and been a professional part-time entertainer since age 16.  Over the last 40 years, he has continued to perform at clubs, at concerts, on television, on radio, and in 25,000 capacity arenas. Baron has also created and directed both live stage and video performances and additionally organized and coordinated off-stage visual and audio activities.

An active volleyball player since the 1960s, Baron has been a referee since 1980 and hase officiated at over 20,000 games. From 1991-2002, Baron used this experience to operate community evening adult volleyball leagues and tournaments. He was responsible for renting gym space, obtaining teams, collecting fees, scheduling games and, providing referees.
